Although there is no belt on the line, the fight will be one of the most explosive bouts on the card, and the winner will earn the right to challenge Ver Halen for the bantamweight title.

Terry Pettek was scheduled to fight Dan Severn in the main event but was forced to withdraw, so WFC veteran Victor Vincelette steps-in to battle “The Beast” The heavy-handed Vincelette made his WFC debut at “Fight Club,” in November, stopping Pettek in the first round via referee stoppage due to strikes.

As the MMA landscape expands in 2006, the WFC is at the forefront of the expansion as the fastest-growing MMA organization in the country.
