Round 1:
Fighters get into it early, Lamas with a nice leg kick is answered by Alcantara, who takes Lamas up against the cage. Lamas stuffs the attempt and the fighters separate. Lamas is then caught as he comes into Alcantara, but recovers. Fighters exchange combinations that end up with Alcantara up against the cage. Lamas holds Alcantara up against the cage with the official threatening a reset, the fighters break. Alcantara winds up with a thunderous highly audible left, which absolutely slams Lamas, knocking him out cold against the fence. Alcantara lunges in and gives Lamas another couple strikes for good measure as the referee stops the bout.
