Round 1:
Barao starts things quickly with a mid body kick to Cariaso, then follows with a flying knee as they go to the mat. Barao is on top now controlling Cariaso on the ground. Cariaso goes for an armbar, but can’t hold it. Barao gains side control taking Cariaso down in a body lock. Cariaso recognizes he is in trouble, drops his chin and gets out of the situation. Barao goes for the choke again and now it looks solid with no hopes of escape for Cariaso. The Brazilian tightening the choke and Cariaso taps.
