UFC women’s flyweight champion Valentina Shevchenko takes a very workmanlike approach to her training and her career. So what is easier for her: winning the belt or defending it?

That was a good question, as Shevchenko headed into her first title defense opposing Jessica Eye. Their bout serves as the UFC 238 co-main event to Henry Cejudo and Marlon Moraes’ headlining title tilt for the vacant UFC bantamweight belt.
