Ramsey Nijem vs. CJ Keith
Round 1: Nijem opens fast with a jab and looping overhand right, but takes a knee to the groin, causing a brief stoppage in the action. Nijem again attacks, swinging wildly with his punches, landing a shot, and then shifting gears and shooting a takedown. He can’t quite finish the takedown, but gets pressed onto his back by Keith, who immediately transitions from half guard to full mount. Nijem deftly escapes and goes back to a takedown attempt, but Keith stuffs it initially, peppering Nijem’s ribs with punches. Nijem is persistent and completes the takedown, puts Kieth on his back, and moves to full mount unloading a blitz of punches and elbows on Keith until referee Yves Lavigne steps in to stop the fight.
