UFC on FX 2 TV Ratings on a Slight Uptick

The TV ratings are in for the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s sophomore effort on FX

The UFC on FX 2: Alves vs. Kampmann main card on FX drew an audience of 1.4 million viewers, with the preliminary bouts on Fuel TV pulling in 113,000.

The ratings on FX mark a slight uptick from UFC on FX 1, featuring Jim Miller vs. Melvin Guillard, which drew 1.3 million viewers. The Fuel TV prelims for UFC on FX 1, however, did a bit better, nabbing an audience of 148,000.

While the results are again respectable, they still haven’t hit the mark of UFC Fight Night events on Spike TV. The three UFC Fight Nights that aired on Spike TV in 2011 averaged an audience 1.9 million.

Both FX and Spike TV are available in approximately 100 million homes, while Fuel TV is currently offered in just 36 million.
