Valentina Shevchenko is still on track for her UFC on FOX 20 headlining bout opposite Holly Holm despite recently being caught in the crossfire a shootout that injured her coach.

According to an initial report by El Comercio Lima, Shevchenko and her coach, Pavel Fedotov, were caught in the shootout during a robbery at a restaurant in Peru this past weekend. Shevchenko was uninjured, but her coach was shot.

It was a close call, but Shevchenko’s manager, Roger Allen, told MMAFighting.com on Tuesday that Shevchenko was unharmed and that Fedotov is expected to make a full recovery. He also confirmed that Shevchenko’s fight with Holm would not be effected by the incident.
