The Ultimate Fighting Championship released the attendance and live gate receipt figures from UFC Fight Night: Henderson vs. Thatch, which took place in Broomfield, Colo. on Saturday.
5,807 spectators were inside the 1stBank Center to witness the third UFC event hosted at the venue garnering $382,875 in gate revenue.
Former lightweight champion Benson Henderson moved up a weight class on short notice to take on rising prospect Brandon Thatch in the fight card’s main event. He snapped the Denver native’s ten-fight winning streak in a successful welterweight debut.
In the co-main event, Hawaii’s Max Holloway decisively defeated 17-fight UFC veteran Cole Miller in featherweight action. The win earned the No. 13-ranked fighter an April 18 match up against fifth-ranked Cub Swanson.
In welterweight action, Neil Magny extended his winning streak to six consecutive fights with his third-round submission of Japan’s Kiichi Kunimoto. He’s currently riding the longest winning streak in the UFC’s 170-pound division.
