TJ Waldburger vs. Mike Stumpf
Round 1: Waldburger nearly kicks out Stumpf’s leg to start the fight, then takes him down and takes his back, hooks in… just seconds into the fight. Stumpf escapes the hooks, but Waldburger remains on his back, softening him up with punches to the head. Waldburger works his hooks back in, continuing his search for a choke. Waldburger transitions to an armbar attempt, but Stumpf defends, and they return to their feet, clinched on the fence. Stumpf tries to pull guard, but lands with only a half guard applied. Waldburger immediately drops down a big forearm. Stumpf out and up, back to their feet. Stumpf takes a front choke position Waldburger, but can’t lock it. Waldburger takes Stumpf’s arm, can’t get it, but sinks a triangle choke for the finish.
