Randy Harris has been nothing short of amazing in his efforts to raise funds for the family of MMAWeekly co-founder and friend Ryan Bennett. But his latest efforts have trumped anything done so far.

Harris approached longtime UFC broadcaster and stand-up comedian Joe Rogan about helping out with the effort. The initial idea was to do a meet and greet with Rogan. But after the two discussed it further, Rogan upped the ante.

Instead of a meet and greet with him, Rogan thought it would be much more enticing to come up with a special package deal for two to a UFC event. So, what did he settle on for his fundraising effort? Well, for a UFC fan, nothing short of the trip of a lifetime.

The package available for bidding on eBay right now includes pretty much everything, the kitchen sink and your own personal plumber for installation included. Currently, the bidding is over $12,000, so you better be a serious fan, but that is actually a bargain as the package includes: airfare for two to Las Vegas from any U.S. location, a hotel room at either the MGM Grand or Mandalay Bay for two nights, Joe’s own tickets to UFC 66 on December 30th, and tickets to Joe’s show at the House of Blues right after the fights.

You would think that would be enough, but also included in the package is the opportunity to meet Tito Ortiz, Chuck Liddell, and other fighters from UFC 66, as well as receive some special one-of-a-kind items from Tito, Chuck, and other fighters. AND the winning bidder and guest will also go to lunch with former UFC Light Heavyweight and Heavyweight Champion Randy “The Natural” Couture.

It’s difficult to put into words how amazing this package is. It is truly a once in a lifetime opportunity… you can’t really put a true dollar value on something like this.

And this is just the latest in an unbelievable series of efforts by so many people to help Ryan’s family. Randy has been the man to really make all of this happen and he deserves a huge thank you for his continuing and tireless efforts. And in addition to Joe Rogan, there is a long list of individuals, especially many fighters that have donated items for the fundraising auctions that have been so successful.

Obviously the amazing UFC 66 package that Joe and Randy have put together isn’t for everyone, but there are also many other items that are currently up for bidding as well including an autographed Pride poster and autographed shirts from Big John McCarthy, Clay Guida and Yushin Okami, and there will be more items to come.

If you want the opportunity to bid on this trip of a lifetime, go to eBay now, the bidding ends Saturday, November 4th.
