UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva met with the media for the final time on Thursday following an open workout at the Mandalay Bay Events Center in Las Vegas.
Of course he talked about this weekend’s fight with Vitor Belfort at UFC 126 and touched on their past when the two used to be training partners, but Silva talked about much more than that.
It was interesting to note that, while he loves his job in mixed martial arts, boxing hasn’t been ruled out of Anderson Silva’s future. In fact, the champ says it is his “dream” to still compete in boxing.
As much as his passion for boxing showed on his face, Silva’s desire to fight UFC welterweight champion Georges St-Pierre was also clearly evident.
