UFC 121 Prelims Pull Strong Numbers on Spike TV

UFC 121 poster LesnarSpike TV on Tuesday released the ratings for Saturday night’s telecast of “UFC 121 Prelims Live.” The show drew an audience of 1.5 million viewers, slightly higher than the 1.4 million viewers averaged since the network began running live UFC preliminary bouts for UFC 103.

The “UFC 121 Prelims Live” featured “Ultimate Fighter Season 11” winner Court McGee defeating Ryan Jensen, and Season 8 alum Tom Lawlor getting the win over Patrick Cote.

“UFC 121 Prelims Live” launched into the pay-per-view portion of UFC 121, featuring Cain Velasquez taking the UFC heavyweight championship from Brock Lesnar in the main event.
