UFC 114 is now official as all of the
fighters hit the scales Friday for the weigh-ins.
No staredown was more anticipated than
that of the main event pitting two former UFC light heavyweight champions
against each other with Quinton "Rampage" Jackson taking on Rashad
The two faced off after weighing in,
but this time nose to nose not a single word was uttered between the two
rivals. Now it’s all about the business at hand.
"I’m just trying to stay
relaxed," said Evans. "I’m excited just cause we talked it up, now
it’s game time. It’s definitely some anticipation, but at the same time it
ain’t no thing, it’s just another fight."
For his part, Rampage was much more
vocal about how he plans on ending Evans’ night on Saturday.
"He’s dead!" Rampage screamed
to the crowd. "I’ve been waiting a long time for this fight. I’m happy to

Also on the card, Michael Bisping and
Dan Miller had no problems with making the middleweight limit in their fight
that will serve as the co-main event of the evening. Bisping did however did
get a very loud chorus of boos from the Las Vegas crowd at the weigh-ins.
