Erin Toughill is one of the top female fighters in both the mixed martial arts and boxing worlds. Tonight, along with husband Clark Bevans, Toughill is featured in the MSNBC documentary series “Warrior Nation.”

Less than a year after she started competing in MMA in 1999, Toughill also made her professional boxing debut. In the 7 years since, she has forged careers in both sports compiling a 7-2-1 record in MMA and a 7-3-1 record in professional boxing, which includes a loss to the formidable Laila Ali.

“Warrior Nation” is a four-part documentary series on MSNBC focused on the increasingly popular world of mixed martial arts. The first episode featured World Extreme Cagefighting champion Urijah Faber, who defends his featherweight title this Saturday night in Las Vegas, and Oregon fighter Enoch Wilson.

Tonight’s episode featuring Erin Toughill and Clark Bevans is scheduled to air at 10 p.m. ET.
