Spike TV and the Ultimate Fighting Championship announced this week the latest addition to the UFC programming lineup on Spike TV. Inside The UFC, a weekly magazine-style series, will make its debut on the network on Thursday, November 9.

Airing at 12:00 Midnight PT/ET, Inside The UFC will be hosted by longtime UFC broadcaster Joe Rogan. The series is set to feature a behind the scenes look into the lives of the fighters of the UFC. Other segments of the program will feature previews and recaps of events, a look at up-and-coming fighters, and training tips.

Inside The UFC will be a joint production of Spike TV and the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

The addition of Inside The UFC increases the number of UFC-related properties on Spike TV to seven. Already carried on Spike TV are The Ultimate Fighter, UFC Unleashed, UFC All Access, Ultimate Knockouts, UFC Countdown, and UFC Fight Night (formerly Ultimate Fight Night).

With the comments of UFC president Dana White at the recent UFC 64 post-fight press conference, it would seem that Inside The UFC is only a precursor of things to come from the UFC. “We have a magazine show that we’re doing in November… It’s just another way to help promote the fighters and get more people educated on the sport.” He continued, “There’s a ton of programming coming. We’re going to blow your mind again this year. Wait until you see what we’ve got coming.”
