Well, this is … something.

Back in March, Paige VanZant pledged to shave her head and donate to a cancer charity, all in an effort to give to a noble cause. Since then, she apparently changed her mind and decided just to donate without having to shave her head. That didn’t sit well with someone and they went straight to the White House to complain about it.

Somebody who we presume is a fan with a too much time on their hands filed a petition with the White House to force Paige to shave her head, as she promised in a now-deleted tweet from earlier this year.

Rumors are true:) I will be shaving my head for charity!!!! Dates aren’t set yet but I am ready to do something to give back. Stay tuned!!!

The petition, which requires 100,000 signatures for consideration, asks the Obama Administration to “force her to shave her head and give the community what she promised she would give.”

But it gets better.

The author of the petition finishes by stating it “will go on for as long as she doesn’t shave, (or she can GO ON A DATE WITH ME and all will be forgiven).”

So, either a shaved head or a date with someone who clearly needs the U.S. President as a wingman to close the deal on “12-Gauge Paige.” We’re thinking the shaved head is the lesser of two evils.
