After two exciting rounds, the PRIDE Bushido Welterweight Grand Prix has produced four formidable semi-finalists. Dream Stage Entertainment, parent company of PRIDE Fighting Championships, has announced the final four match-ups of the tournament.

Fresh off of an impressive victory over tough Armenian striker Amar Suloev, Denis Kang risks his 18-fight winning streak against the popular Akihiro Gono. The Japanese fighter advanced to the final four by submitting Gegard Mousasi with an armbar in the closing minute of the final round.

After a hard-fought upset victory over defending Grand Prix Champion Dan Henderson, Kazuo Misaki will face against Brazilian Top Team’s Paulo Filho. The Brazilian fighter made quick work of Ryo Chonan in the last round of the tournament, winning by armbar.

The final round of the PRIDE Bushido Welterweight Grand Prix is scheduled for November 5th. Defending PRIDE Lightweight Champion Takanori Gomi is also expected to fight on the card.

Although an opponent has yet to be named for Gomi, the list of likely possibilities includes Mitsuhiro Ishia, Marcus Aurelio and Gilbert Melendez.
