All the fighters on the UFC 71: Liddell vs. Jackson II event made weight before a crowd of thousands at the MGM Garden Arena.
The challenge, Quinton "Rampage" Jackson made his way to the scale amidst a chorus of boos. In contrast, UFC Light Heavyweight Champion Chuck Liddell, at the zenith of his popularity, entered to deafening applause.
The weigh-ins went off without incident. There was just a little jawing amongst a couple of the parings, and The "Dean of Mean" Keith Jardine gave opponent Houston Alexander a harsh staredown.
