The IFL is coming off of their most successful show to date. This past weekend in Portland, Oregon, Matt Lindland defeated fellow middleweight contender Jeremy Horn before a hometown crowd of 5,349, by far the largest attendance the IFL has had to date.
In addition to an outstanding main event, the IFL's Portland Wolfpack, coached by Lindland, and the Bas Rutten-coached Los Angeles Anacondas both won to move on to the semi-final round of the IFL World Team Championship.
