Sept 9 will see the release of the new film ‘Warrior’ in theaters nationwide starring Tom Hardy, Joel Edgerton, Jennifer Morrison and Nick Nolte.
The film also features cameos from several top flight MMA fighters including former UFC middleweight Nate Marquardt, Erik Apple and current UFC lightweight Yves Edwards.
In anticipation of the film’s release, on Aug 9 a coffee table book titled ‘The Men of Warrior’ will be released by Insight Editions and Lionsgate Films.
The 128-page book features images and stills shot by Tim Palen and will feature several MMA fighters that were involved in the filming of the movie. Included will be Marquardt and Apple, who both have starring roles in the feature.

The book’s release is exactly one month before the film’s nationwide release date.
‘Men of Warrior’ will be available in all major retailers nationwide.
