Matt Brown

MMAWeekly Radio Weekend Edition is back with UFC 138 fighter Matt Brown and middleweight Gerald Harris both stopping by the show.

Gerald Harris talks about fighting in Japan and his first time fighting out of the country. He also discusses why his last opponent was so tough despite what the internet might think.

“Look at the names he fought, I was the least famous fighter to beat him,” said Harris.

He also talks about how much time he has been spending doing stand up comedy.

“My dream is to perform on military bases. If someone out there is listening and can help, let me know!”

Matt Brown is getting ready for John Hathaway, but he knows that being exciting has helped keep him in the UFC.

“I realize the reason I’m still in the UFC is the way I fought. I also realize the way I was fighting wasn’t winning fights,” Brown stated.

He also lets us know who is the most boring fighter to watch, but says he can learn from this fighter because he keeps winning.

“Whatever the hell you gotta do, you got to win the fight. GSP, boring as hell… but how is he on PPV sales? Top guy. People want to see fighters win.

“People pay to see you win.”
