MMAWeekly Radio is back with a huge show to kick off the week as UFC 139 main eventer Dan Henderson, Matt Brown, and Derek Brunson stop by the show.
Dan Henderson touches on a number of topics for Monday’s show, including his desire to face UFC light heavyweight champion Jon Jones after he fights Mauricio “Shogun” Rua. Henderson likes what he’s seen from Jones so far, but isn’t buying the hype just yet.
“I’m not one to buy into things too quickly. I’ve been doing this for a long time and seen a lot of guys beat a lot of tough guys really quick and then die out,” said Henderson
Also, Matt Brown drops by to talk about his fight this weekend with Seth Baczynski at UFC 139, and how the two week delay in his fight schedule was actually a benefit.
Finally, Strikeforce prospect Derek Brunson talks about his fight this weekend with Nate James and where he feels he belongs in the middleweight division.
