Tom Johnson will meet Clint Godfrey for the Feather Weight Kick Down MMA title in the main event on a fight card that will showcase 5 titles in different weight classes and fighting styles including the first ever I.S.K.A. MMA and Kick Down Light Weight title to start the show between Pete Vandervort and Jose Murillo. Both are former Kick Down Light Weight champions who seek to regain their belt. In other action John Stover and Ted Cano will square off for the Heavy Weight Kick Down MMA title in a re-match. Their first fight in one of the greatest Kick Down heavy weight fights ever-ended in a draw.

Colby Snyder will defend his Modified Muay Thai title in a re-match with A.K.A. fighter Patrick Cox. Both fighters fought at Kick Down 19 in July to what many fans thought ended in a victory for Snyder. In other action Orlando Martinez will return to the Kick Down after layoff of over two years. Martinez will take on Isaac Schaaf who was a high school wrestling stand out in Oregon.
