Joey Gambino Now Faces Steven Siler at UFC on FX 4

After the UFC announced yesterday that Ramsey Nijem will take on C.J. Keith in the final fight at UFC on FX 4, Jimy Hettes has been forced to pull out of his Featherweight clash with Steven Siler.

According to ‘Super’ Steven Siler who is coming off an impressive win over Cole Miller at UFC on FX 2, UFC newcomer Joey Gambino will fill the empty spot on the card.

“Change of plans, Jimy Hettes in, Joey Gambino it is,” Siler posted on his Facebook account today. “I was looking forward to fighting Jimy but I’m happy Joey stepped in.”

Gambino (9-0) who is the reigning CFFC Featherweight champion will make his UFC debut against Siler. He is coming off a successful title defense against Kenny Foster in February where it was reported that he broke his forearm.

A lightweight contender’s battle between Gray Maynard and Clay Guida headlines the UFC on FX 4 fight card at the Revel.
