The Ultimate Fighting Championship on Wednesday announced that British fighter Neil Wain has had to withdraw from his scheduled bout against Antoni Hardonk at UFC 85 on June 7 in London. Evidently, Wain suffered a broken nose, leaving him unable to fight.

Stepping into his spot in the line-up against Hardonk is UFC veteran Eddie Sanchez.

Hardonk enters the fight having defeated Colin Robinson by TKO in just 17 seconds earlier this year at UFC 80. That fight put him back on track after dropping back-to-back bouts to Justin McCully and former UFC heavyweight champion Frank Mir.

Standing opposite Hardonk on June 7, Sanchez brings to the ring a two-fight winning streak, having defeated Soa Palelei in his most recent outing and also finishing Robinson via TKO. The only blemish on Sanchez’s record, and perhaps his most noteworthy bout thus far in his career, is a first round loss to Mirko “Cro Cop” Filipovic.
