Tatiana Suarez is quickly moving her way up the UFC strawweight ranks. She emerged unscathed from Season 23 of The Ultimate Fighter winning the strawweight tournament.

On Saturday night, she dominated Alexa Grasso, submitting her midway through the first round.

Now, undefeated at 6-0, she is drawing comparisons to Khabib Nurmagomedov, who currently holds the UFC lightweight title and has fought his way to a 26-0 record.

“I love (being compared to Nurmagomedov). I’m a huge fan of his,” Suarez said following her win over Grasso in Santiago, Chile.

“I really based a lot of my wrist-riding and stuff off of him… I learn from him. I learn from all of the fighters. There are so many amazing fighters. I know a lot of fighters say, ‘oh, I don’t watch fights,’ but I think that is crazy because you can learn so much from anybody.”
