CM Punk Opens as Betting Underdog Going into UFC Debut

To the shock of absolutely no one in the MMA community, CM Punk is a betting underdog going into his UFC debut.

Crazy, I know.

Punk, or Phil Brooks, will face Mickey Gall as part of the UFC 203 pay-per-view on Sept. 10. Your ol’ buddy Phil is a +265 underdog to the favorite, Gall, whose line shows -300, according to Bovada.lv.

So if you’re looking to make a little money and have some confidence in a professional wrestler making a successful transition to mixed martial arts, put some coin on Punk. Here’s hoping for you that Punk is the next Brock Lesnar.
