A celebrity is a celebrity, even when a cop comes knocking on the window. Oh wait, Cris Cyborg isn’t just any celebrity, she’s the top female fighter in the world, so she gets a pass.
At least that’s how it worked out when Cyborg was parked in a “no parking” zone, while doing an interview with TMZ Sports.
The hot topic surrounding the UFC featherweight champ has been her willingness to leave the Octagon and her UFC belt behind after the final two fights on her contract in order to pursue her dream of boxing. Cyborg wants to go all-in like Conor McGregor and fight one of the top female boxers in the world in Cecilia Braekhus, who is widely regarded as one of the top female boxers of all time.
She’s got to keep herself out of trouble with the law, however, which didn’t really seem to be that much of an issue with the officer that stopped by her car during the TMZ interview.
Cyborg’s phone was on the entire time and the officer could be heard in the background singing her praises and giving her time to finish up her interview before moving on.
