After being sidelined for more than a year, Carlos Condit is finally ready to step back into the Octagon. Having worked his way back from a torn anterior cruciate ligament and torn meniscus, Condit squares up with Thiago Alves at UFC Fight Night 67 in Saturday night’s main event.
In an interview during Wednesday’s UFC Tonight, Condit said it was difficult to sit back and watch the welterweight division pass him by. He’s still ranked No. 4 in the 170-pound class, though, so Condit knows that he isn’t all that far out of title contention.
