World Extreme Cagefighting on Tuesday announced its Feb. 13 event, scheduled to take place at the Santa Ana Star Center in Albuquerque, N.M. This marks the first time the promotion will run an event outside of Las Vegas since its purchase by the owners of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

Like the WEC’s last event, this one will feature three title fights.

The main event features welterweight champion Carlos Condit on his home turf defending his title against WEC newcomer Carlo Prater. Riding a three-fight winning streak and maintaining a 21-5-1 professional record, Prater is a legitimate threat. Ranked No. 9 in the world by MMAWeekly.com, Condit has his own streak of six straight victories with a 21-4 record.

Lightweight champion “Razor” Rob McCullough is scheduled to defend his belt against UFC veteran Jamie Varner and Miguel Torres will challenge bantamweight titleholder Chase Beebe.

Though not confirmed by the promtion, rumored bouts for WEC: Condit vs. Prater include Hiroyuki Takaya vs. Leonard Garcia and Mark Hominick vs. Josh Grispi.
