Cage Combat Fighting Championship Judgment Day – 2/17/07

It was an exciting night of fights in Santa Rosa, CA. The night started out in the 205lb weight class. The first fight, Keith Berry vs. Kawika Morton was a slugfest from the very beginning. These guys held nothing back and it easily could have gone either way but ended in a split decision for Kawika.

The next fight, Isaiah Hill vs. Andy Miranda went back and forth several times but Andy secured the submission at 2:41 of the second round with a triangle choke.

Darren Uyenoyama vs. Will Nerbonne. Darren won by rear naked choke 2:30 in the first.

JC Cearley submitted Chad Hickle with an exciting north south choke at 1:22 of the first round.

Bobby Merrill got the split decision over Chris David after three exciting rounds.

Dan Marks submitted Erin Johnston by tap out via triangle choke at only :37 into the fight.

Anthony Bivins defeated Frank Burcina by unanimous decision.

Von Do defeated Melissa Shaffer by arm bar at :42 in round one.

Marco Falcone defeated Glen Lego by ref stoppage due to strike from the mount at 2:55 of the first round.

James Terry dominated Tony Juares and forced his team to through in the towel at 2:10 of the first round.

In the main event Nathan Loughran defeated Phil Collins with a triangle choke submission :41 of the first round to become the new middle weight champ.
