Brit Tom Mearns stepped into the cage at Bellator 200 to make his promotional debut. Unfortunately for Mearns, early in the second round of his preliminary bout with Mike Ekundayo, Mearns suffered what appeared to be a severe dislocation of his left arm at the elbow.

It was unclear at the time of publication what the extent of the injury was, but it obviously was a rough night for Mearns, even if the injury isn’t as severe as it appears at first glance.

MMAWeekly.com will have full coverage of Bellator 200 following the conclusion of the main card.
