Bellator 118: Warren vs. Silva took place on Friday, May 2, at the Revel in Atlantic City, N.J.
Former Bellator featherweight champion Joe Warren became the first fighter in the promotion’s history to win a title belt in two different weight classes. He captured the interim bantamweight title with a unanimous decision victory over Rafael Silva in the night’s main event.
In winning the belt, Warren also escaped the night unscathed, avoiding the medical suspension list.
The New Jersey State Athletic Control Board late Friday released the Bellator 118 medical suspensions to MMAWeekly.com.

Rafael Silva was suspended 30 days for a recovery period.
Justin Baesman was suspended 60 days for a knockout loss. He was also suspended indefinitely pending a neurological exam.
Dante Rivera was suspended 30 days for a nasal bridge laceration.
Eugene Fadiora was suspended 30 days with no contact for a recovery period.
Kevin Roddy was suspended 60 days for a facial laceration.
Amran Aliyev was suspended indefinitely pending orthopedic clearance of his right foot.
