Bellator 112 Weigh-in Results: Featherweight Champ Daniel Straus Initially Misses the Mark

Daniel Straus vs Pat Curran Bellator 112 weighThe Bellator 112 weigh-ins have been completed from Chicago’s Horseshoe Casino in preparation for Friday’s event, which will showcase the featherweight world title fight between Daniel Straus and Pat Curran, and the opening rounds of the Bellator Season 10 Welterweight Tournament.

Straus initially stepped on the scale a half-pound over the 145-pound limit to defend his title. He was given two hours do shed the extra ounces. Straus later hit the mark at 145 pounds on his second attempt.

Bellator 112 will take place from Horseshoe Casino on Friday, March 14, with the first fight taking place at 5:45 p.m. CST and streaming LIVE on The televised portion of the night will begin at 8:00 p.m. CST and will air LIVE on Spike TV.
