As the eighth season of The Ultimate Fighter gets underway, the last winner of the show, Amir Sadollah, is set to return to action on Nov. 15 to face undefeated UFC newcomer Nick Catone.

The fight was confirmed to MMAWeekly.com by sources in Catone’s camp, who has recently been signed to a four-fight deal with the UFC as well.

Sadollah burst onto the MMA scene with his seemingly improbable run to the finals of the show having no professional fights to his credit at that point.

Not only did he make it to the finals, but Sadollah also defeated the original favorite on the show, C.B. Dollaway, for the second time to win his six figure contract with the promotion.

Stepping back into the Octagon for the first time since that win over Dollaway, he will face a tough test in Catone, who currently boasts an undefeated record of his own while competing most recently in the Ring of Combat promotion.

Catone has an extensive background in wrestling, competing on the national level while attending Rider University, and also holds a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu.

The New Jersey based fighter represents a number of top fighters from that area that have made their way to the UFC including top lightweight contender Frankie Edgar, along with brothers Jim and Dan Miller.

The middleweight contest will be a featured bout on the upcoming card headlined by UFC heavyweight champion Randy Couture, returning to the cage to face former WWE superstar Brock Lesnar in a title fight.
