Bruce Leroy is coming to the UFC after all.

Alex Carceres, better known to “Ultimate Fighter” fans as Bruce Leroy, will be making his official Octagon debut at UFC Fight Night 24 in Seattle against Mackens Semerzier in a featherweight bout on the card.

The fight was confirmed to by sources close to the match-up on Thursday. initially reported the bout.

Carceres (4-2) makes his first appearance in the UFC since his time on the 12th season of the “Ultimate Fighter” when he became one of the most outspoken members on the show. A flashy fighter with a solid game, Carceres will drop down to 145lbs for his first fight after spending his time on the reality show at lightweight.

Challenging Carceres in March will be former WEC featherweight Mackens Semerzier (5-3) looking to put the brakes on his own three fight skid.

Semerzier burst onto the WEC scene with a stunning first round submission of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu whiz Wagnney Fabiano in his debut with the promotion, but didn’t fair as well in his next few fights, losing all three.

The bout between Carceres and Semerzier will be contested at 145lbs and likely end up on the night’s undercard for the show airing on Spike TV.
