Welterweight Jimmy Wallhead Steps Up to Fight Frank Trigg in BAMMA Middleweight Bout

Bellator fighter Jimmy Wallhead is on-loan back to his homeland of England for a fight at BAMMA 7 on Sept. 10. Home turf is his only ace in the hole, however, as Wallhead will be stepping out of his normal welterweight division and into Trigg’s world at middleweight for the fight.

Trigg was initially slated to challenge BAMMA middleweight champion Tom “Kong” Watson, but Watson was forced out of the bout due to a back injury. In stepped Wallhead to keep Trigg and a British presence on the card.
