Extreme Cagefighting plans to close out 2009 with bang, pitting two of its
hardest hitters in the main event of WEC 45: Cerrone vs. Ratcliff at the Palms
Casino Resort on Saturday night. The fighters weighed in on Friday afternoon at
main eventers easily made weight with Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone and Ed “9mm”
Ratcliff each weighing in at 155 pounds.

speed.” He predicts a victory by knockout.

Njokuani weighed in at 157 pounds for his lightweight bout with Chris
Horodecki, who weighed 155. Njokuani was given an hour to make weight.
Mizugaki, who has taken the WEC by storm, also stepped on the scales one pound
over the allowable limit for his bantamweight contest with Scott Jorgensen. On
the scale at 137 pounds, Mizugaki was given one hour to lose an additional
pound, the same as Njokuani. Jorgensen was dead on at 135 pounds.
