World Extreme Cagefighting on Wednesday released the full slate of fights for its return home to Las Vegas on Nov. 18.

The promotion’s first time at The Palms, WEC 44 promises an explosive night of action with featherweight champion Mike Brown (22-4) defending his belt in the main event against devastating striker Jose Aldo (15-1). With just as much potential for fireworks, Leonard Garcia (13-4) tries to continue his return to a title shot in a bout with fellow featherweight contender Manny Gamburyan (9-4).

Undefeated fighter Anthony Pettis (7-0) recently dropped out of his WEC 44 bout with “Razor” Rob McCullough (17-5). The promotion confirmed Karen Darabedyan (8-1) will step in to face McCullough, riding high on a six-fight winning streak.

Following WEC 44, the promotion turns right around for its third event in three months, returning to The Palms on Dec. 19. Though that
event hasn’t been announced yet, bouts pitting top bantamweights Takeya Mizugaki (12-3-2) and Damacio Page (12-4) against each other, while Donald “Cowboy” Cerrone (10-2) returns from a disappointing loss at WEC 43 to face Ed Ratcliff (7-1) in a lightweight showdown.

Both events will air live on Versus at 9 p.m. ET / 6 p.m. PT.
