Lightweight Evan Dunham found out this week that he’d be facing a new opponent at UFC 199 on June 4.
Dunham (17-6) was originally scheduled to face The Ultimate Fighter Brazil 2 winner Leonardo Santos, but Santos withdrew from the bout due to injury. Instead, the UFC veteran will facing undefeated rising star James Vick at The Forum in Inglewood.
Vick (9-0) has been slowly rising up the UFC’s lightweight ladder since arriving in the organization in 2013. He’s looking to text himself and risk losing his unbeaten record against the crafty UFC veteran.
Dunham (17-6) is riding a three-fight winning streak and wants to continue to build momentum to get back in the rankings.
