Ultimate Fighter 16 Team Carwin vs. Team Nelson Kicks Off This Week (Video Preview)

The U.S. version of The Ultimate Fighter is back for its 16th season. It’s also ditched the TUF Live format of quick weekly edits concluding with a live fight each week. That ship has sailed and the reality series has returned to its prerecorded format where it can be edited with a little more punch in each episode.

The Ultimate Fighter Fridays kicks off this week with the Sept. 14 premiere of The Ultimate Fighter: Team Carwin vs. Team Nelson.

    I’m looking forward to seeing the fighters that I already know making it on the show. One example would be Sam Alvey from Bellatore fighting Championships. He lost a real close split decision against Karl Amoussou who ended up winning the tournament and is now going to face Ben Askren.
