Edwin Figueroa vs. Jason Reinhardt (bantamweight)

Round 1: Reinhardt circling to start the fight, no engagement through the first minute of the fight. Figueroa fires a head kick as Reinhardt continues to back away. Figueroa clips Reinhardt and he stumbles down, but then snatches a leg and eventually drags the fight to the ground. Reinhardt improves position and takes Figueroa’s back, looking for the choke. Figueroa is able to roll and get on top, but lets Reinhardt back up. Figueroa pushing forward with strikes and ends up on top of Reinhardt on the mat. Figueroa punishing Reinhardt until the end of the round.

Round 2: Reinhardt shoots to open the round, but Figueroa gets out. As Reinhardt looks for a single leg he drops to the mat and Figueroa ends up on top in the mount. Reinhardt rolls and Figueroa starts to unload punishment. A few huge punches as Reinhardt can only hope to hold on the referee swoops in for the save.
