UFC welterweights Dan Hardy and Chris Lytle battled it out at UFC on Versus 5 in Milwaukee at the Bradley Center on Sunday night. In what would serve as his retirement bout, Lytle went toe-to-toe with Hardy, slugging it out for nearly the entire fight before submitting the Brit in the waning minutes of the fight.
Lytle walked away from the fight, and his career, not only winning the fight, but also scoring added bonuses for the “Fight of the Night” and “Submission of the Night” awards, as well as receiving a new 2012 Blackline motorcycle from UFC sponsor Harley-Davidson.
Wisconsin’s Department of Safety and Professional Services on Tuesday released the UFC on Versus 5: Hardy vs. Lytle fighter salary payouts to MMAWeekly.com.
Lytle also topped the list as the highest paid fighter on the night’s roster.
The following figures are based on the fighter salary information that promoters are required by law to submit to the state athletic commissions, including the winners’ bonuses.
