7,816 spectators went to KeyArena to witness the 12-fight card, resulting in $735,000 in gate revenue.

Demetrius Johnson defended his UFC flyweight title by submitting challenger John Moraga in the final round of the main event.

Johnson’s speed and ability to get the fight to the ground kept Moraga neutralized throughout the championship bout.  In the final round, Johnson secured a takedown and applied an arm bar that forced Moraga to tap out or suffer injury.

Rory MacDonald proved his top-three welterweight ranking by defeating Jake Ellenberger by a clear unanimous decision in the co-main event.

The night of fights also featured Robbie Lawler adding another highlight reel knockout to his career highlights with a knockout of Bobby Voelker and Liz Carmouche becoming the first female fighter to log two fights in the UFC with her technical knockout win over Germain de Randamie.
