Lyoto Machida vs. Ryan Bader

Round 1: Machida takes the center of the cage.  Bader circles on the outside looking for an opening.  Machida delivers a front kick to the body of Bader.  Machida switches stances.  Bader moves in and lands a shot to the body of Machida.  Bader misses with a right hand.  The crowd chants, “Machida.”  Machida lands a hard left body kick.  Bader moves in and Machida knees him in the body.  Bader rushes forward and misses with a combination.  Machida lands a double jab.  Machida lands a front kick to the body.  Bader unable to figure out the distance.  Machida lands a right hand as Bader was coming in.  Bader misses with a winging right hand.  Bader comes in and eats a punch.  Bader closes the distance and Machida lands an elbow and they clinch.  They quickly separate.  Machida moves in with a combination before the bell.  MMAWeekly scores the fight 10-9 for Machida.

Round 2:  Machida opens the round with an inside leg kick and another.  Bader moves in and gets hit in the process.  Machida showboats a little.  Bader rushes in and Machida lands a right hand that renders Bader unconscious.  Machida wins by knockout.
