Round 1: Lentz and Dunham traded flurries early in this one. Lentz got a single leg takedown that got his opponent on the ground briefly, but Dunham got back up quickly. Lentz moved forward and ate a few punches, but was able to get the takedown. Dunham worked his way up, but Lentz held onto a headlock and landed some knees. After a scramble, Dunham and Lentz clinched, and Dunham worked in some short elbows to his opposition’s head. The fight went back to the ground after another scramble and Dunham worked from top position until the end of the round. 10-9, Lentz.
Round 2: Dunham threw Lentz down and worked passed Lentz’s guard. Lentz did well to avoid side control and pushed him down to half guard. Another scramble had the fight return to the feet where the two exchanged punches and kicks. Dunham landed some good flurries, but Lentz didn’t fall back. Instead, Lentz came with his own flurry to connect with Dunham’s chin. Dunham put Lentz on his back and worked to get a choke, but Lentz survived as Dunhamm let got. Dunham worked ground and pound, but Lentz was able to fight back to his feet. Dunham landed a couple more strikes on the feet before the round ended, edging the round, 10-9.
