OMAHA, Neb. – All
the UFC Fight Night 15 fighters made weight on Tuesday as MMAWeekly.com was at
the Omaha Civic Auditorium to bring you the results.
Ultimate Fighter Season
5 winner Nate Diaz will square off with midwesterner Josh Neer in the main
event on Wednesday night. The two had an intense stare down at weigh-ins, but
shook hands before leaving the stage.
Diaz has been on a tear
since joining the ranks of the UFC, winning four straight bouts. Neer will be
looking to end Diaz’s success and keep his own return alive. After exiting the
promotion in mid-2006, he returned at UFC Fight Night 13 in Denver earlier this
year with a win over Din Thomas.
The co-main event
features a highly anticipated bout between Ultimate Fighter 6 winner Mac Danzig
and fan favorite Clay Guida. Both were all smiles from ear to ear at the
weigh-ins, but are sure to put on an exciting display come Wednesday night.
