Fight Pass, too many (watered-down) cards, and increased cost of PPV purchase have all led to my decreased viewership. When Roy Nelson (whom I like) and Big Nog (whom I dislike, but respect) are headlining a card that I can’t even watch without a membership, there is a problem with the UFC’s marketing scheme.

There is nothing wrong with the UFC’s marketing scheme if people are willing to pay the price.

There is something wrong with the knuckleheads that are willing to pay good money for a watered down card.

I agree.. if UFC wants to expand the least of their worries should be about money and more emphasis on exposure. If they were truly smart, they should forgo all PPV and Fight-Pass etc and do an entire ad and sponsorship based promotion. Put all their fights free on Fox, work a deal on commercials, ads, sponsors, merchandise sales, ESPN, media coverage etc. The NFL/NBA banks Billions this way, the more exposure they get the more revenue they will generate. Pay off the fighters with gate revenue, It will be slow but once it gets going it will be a huge payday. Maybe do a card 2x month all year and do Championship fights like a Superbowl type event
