Great card ! gotta love a free fight !! can’t wait to see Browne and Brandao. Mike Brown is always a good one also.

  • I can’t believe this card is going to be free. Hell of a card.

I was thinking the exact same thing. I’m certainly not complaining.

I think Shogun is going to whoop Sonnen’s butt too, something I will enjoy seeing.

      • I really like Chael, he’s actually not that bad. Considering his last two losses. I also met him in real life before, and he has an awesome personality.
He’ll be one of my top fighters that I’ll enjoy watching.

I really like Chael, too, but I’m thinking he’s still getting these main event headliners because of his personality and notoriety. Not necessarily a bad thing since they need ratings to bring in ad revenue since it’s not PPV. It’ll still be a really good headliner. I just can’t think of any other current non-champion fighter who’d headline an event after two losses in a row. If he loses three in a row, there’s no way he should headline again.

This card is better than the $45 I just spent on the garbage card this Saturday

    • It was meant for Koreans and Brazilians haha.

I love KZ so, wasn’t too bad

A friend came over with pizza and beer so I ordered it…unfortunate loss for Zombie with a separated shoulder

            Are you still fighting?

            cage mma later this year

The Fox cards are generally much better than the PPVs these days. Even if you ignore snoozefest trainwrecks like UFC163. And apart from the silly fighting robots thing it is less annoying too in terms of format.

This is an awesome card. However, how do they not put McDonald/Picket on the main card? Maybe they want to give people a good last fight to coax them into tuning into the main card, but I personally think they should replace the Hall/Howard fight with the McDonald/Picket fight. McDonald just fought for the title and before that has been KO’ing guys like crazy. He should be on the main card.

Love Brown/Pyle. It’s hard to see Brown losing with how he’s been fighting lately, but Pyle is just such a veteran. I really like the McGregor/Holloway fight too. That’s a sleeper. Lauzon/Johnson, Faber/Alcantara…Well, this card is just awesome!

I’ve become a fan of the women’s fights and am disappointed that there isn’t a single women’s match on the debut night of the new channel. They throw down just as hard as the men. The Invicta FC events here in Kansas City have been great to watch. Plenty of guys still live in the dark ages and gripe that women shouldn’t be in the UFC, but I’ve lost count of how many boring men’s matches I’ve seen over the years. This would’ve been a great night to debut a couple of new female fighters, at least in the prelims.
