The Ultimate Fighting Championship on Friday announced the
final four bouts for its upcoming event in the Chicago area, UFC 90 on Oct. 25 at
the Allstate Arena in Rosemont, Ill.

Fabricio Werdum – href="http://www.mmaweekly.com/absolutenm/templates/topten.asp?articleid=16&zoneid=15">the
No. 6 ranked heavyweight in the world by MMAWeekly.com – looks to keep
his two-fight win streak in the Octagon going as steps onto the UFC 90
pay-per-view broadcast to face newcomer Junior “Cigano” dos Santos.

Also announced was a lightweight preliminary bout between
former teammates Hermes Franca and Marcus Aurelio. Franca is looking to rebound
from back-to-back losses in the Octagon, while Aurelio is looking to smooth out
his UFC rollercoaster ride, having gone 2-2 in his first four bouts for the
promotion.

Two other lightweight bouts signed for UFC 90 include some
of the more seasoned veterans in the UFC. Rich Clementi returns for his third
UFC bout of 2008 to face Ultimate Fighter alumnus and Xtreme Couture fighter
Gray Maynard. Spencer Fisher looks to regain his standing as a lightweight
contender, but has to go through Shannon Gugerty, who is on an eight-fight win
streak including his Octagon debut in July.

UFC middleweight champion Anderson Silva headlines UFC 90
with a title defense against Canadian contender Patrick Cote.
